Payment Terms
- Full payment is due within five (5) working days of receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to booking confirmation.
- Registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to Bernice@behindthedesk.co.za.
Workshop Inclusions
- The workshop fee covers all course materials, refreshments, lunch, a goodie bag, and a certificate of completion.
Cancellations & Substitutions
- If a registered delegate fails to cancel and does not attend, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
- Substitution of attendees is permitted, provided notification is received in writing prior to the event.
General Conditions
- Behind the Desk reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or speakers, if necessary, while ensuring equivalent value is maintained.
- By completing registration, delegates acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations received ten (10) business days or more before the workshop date will qualify for either:
- A refund, less a 50% administration fee; or
- A credit note equal to the amount paid, valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, redeemable against any Behind the Desk training course.
- Cancellations received less than ten (10) business days before the workshop, or failure to attend without prior written cancellation, will result in the full workshop fee being forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.
- Registered delegates may nominate a substitute attendee at no additional cost, provided notification is received in writing before the workshop commences.
Workshop Changes
Behind the Desk reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations.
Should this occur, delegates will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund of fees paid; or
- A transfer of their booking to the next available workshop or an alternative training date.
Behind the Desk cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by delegates, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
Behind the Desk also reserves the right to substitute speakers or facilitators where necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to delegates as soon as reasonably possible and will be kept to a minimum.
